About The Event

As early childhood educators, we recognize the foundational roles that environments play in shaping and supporting children's learning. In this roundtable discussion, you are invited to share your photographs, stories, and wonderings about learning environments. Some questions to guide our conversation:

Who belongs?

  • How do children, families, and teachers see themselves relfected in the environment?

What is possible?

  • What do the physical environment and materials communicate about our understanding of learning and children as learners?

How do we create balance?

  • How can we create spaces that support all of the children while balancing the needs of the whole classroom community?

*Set One training hours will be provided
